Minnas gives tiny teams one Inbox for customer email and website Messenger conversations. Its AI can draft and rewrite replies, summarize conversations, and find useful help articles. A person always chooses what gets sent. I built it because I kept recreating support in small apps, and I am trying to make my work help fund the future family my fiancée and I are starting.
